My grok bot computer is unreachable for two days

The bot installed a free vpn client on the computer to hide its traffic. Since then the computer has been unreachable (two days already).

Please remove the vpn from your side.

Steps to Reproduce

Open desctop view, the computer is unreachable

Expected Behavior

The grok bot computer should be reachable. The bot should be sble to work normally.
I tried retry, recover and reset.
All 3 failed.
My requests without a reply.
Please rebuild the computer from your side.

Hey @Daniel_Brin, thanks for the report, and sorry it took two days!

Your Grok Bot computer got stuck in a state where it was running but couldn’t be reached, and the in-app Retry, Recover and Reset can’t get out of that state. We’ve rebuilt it from our side. Your Bots, files and logins were kept.

Please fully close the Grok Bot app and open it again, then open the desktop view. It should connect within a minute or two.
