With latest nightly version: Version: 2.1.0-pre.10.patch.0

Just noticed the Agent/Editor switcher on left top are missing after switched to agent mode.

Switch to the agent mode, by whatever method, there will be a switch back in menu in the middle and then it will disappear after few seconds. Then there’s nothing on left top, we have to go into cursor settings to do switch back.

is it an intended design or just a bug? Don’t forget, cursor is still an editor…

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

The switcher has moved to the bottom left. You can also use CMD+E to toggle between Editor and Agent modes.

Since you’re on nightly, there might be a lot of changes while not being finalised features.

Thanks for the reply, no, that’s nothing at left bottom. And yes, I am with nightly version. And according to your reply, maybe it’s just a bug with nightly version, I can live with that, as soon as we can switch between modes without goting to settings screen in the final version. Thanks.
