Dear Cursor Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to report an issue I encountered while using the Cursor software, specifically regarding the chat functionality. I am currently on a Pro account, and I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:
- Chatbox Not Responding After Break
This morning, I was able to use the chat functionality without any problems. However, after taking a break in the afternoon, I found that the chatbox no longer responded to my queries. Despite my attempts to interact, it did not provide any replies. Interestingly, no high-model usage was consumed during this time. - Inconsistent Behavior Across Chatboxes
There are currently three chatboxes on my account. The oldest one, which I used during the free trial period, functions as expected and responds to queries while consuming the high-model usage. However, the subsequent two chatboxes have been unresponsive to queries, and, as a result, no high-model usage has been consumed. - New Chatboxes Function Correctly
When creating a new chatbox, it works fine, allowing me to ask questions and receive replies, with high-model usage being deducted as expected.
I would appreciate it if you could provide insight into the reason behind this issue and how it can be resolved. Additionally, I would like to know if there are any steps I can take to avoid encountering this problem in the future. The inability to continue existing conversations without starting new ones complicates matters, as it requires me to reorganize and summarize previous dialogues and project details. This is particularly challenging for non-technical users like myself.
Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards.
