Student Re-Verification Required
You must re-verify your student status with SheerID to continue receiving your student discount benefits. Your subscription will be canceled if you do not re-verify by September 22. Please check your email for a verification link.

@condor hi,condor ,I have repeatedly submitted my verification multiple times, but SheerID continues to reject my application. I did not encounter these issues when applying for Google One, meaning SheerID’s review rules are entirely determined by your policies. Since you have already closed the verification process, please stop misleading everyone. It is very late now, and I am still trying to find a solution. If you no longer intend to offer student benefits, please make an official announcement instead of using the promise of student discounts to betray the trust of the student community

@ftnabeelah Could you please assist me in this matter? I had to re-verify. Used edu mail and uploaded ID scans. I have the “Let’s get you across the finish line! Finish Verifying” mail, but no luck.

I was previously verified.

@condor @ftnabeelah I am also having error re-verifying my student status. SheerID support was not helpful at all! I submitted multiple tickets to them, and all they replied was

We were unable to process your verification request. While we can’t offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.

@ftnabeelah Hi, I am also having the same issue as others in this thread. I attempted to re-verify six days ago, but they rejected photos of my driver’s license and there is no retry button anywhere, regardless of what links I try to use. There is no clear path to re-attempting the verification. I’ve tried SheerID’s help center on getting another email link, which didn’t work. I contacted their support through their official portal via my student email (separate from my Cursor account’s email) and have received no response after six days still. I seem to be stuck in the process with no way to advance it further. I was previously verified. Thanks.
