Dear Students, please post here only after you contacted SheerID support and then Cursor support through [email protected] and have not received sufficient help from Cursor support.
Common cases:
- Abuse prevention gives you limited number of attempts, this is expected. Email Cursor support about it.
- Use the right original documents that are requested. They have to be real documents (PDFs) issued by your university. They can not be screenshots or email/website printout to PDF as those will fail recognition.
- Make sure to use browsers that do not alter network requests, preferably also without VPN’s as some of them may flag abuse prevention.
