I have 2 failed payments, which was an issue earlier i had with cursor that got fixed by contacting the cursor team, its still showing as 2 failed subscriptions on my Stripe Invoice history, maybe that is what causing the issue.
I emailed cursor as well twice this month, but did not get any respond
Im experiencing the same thing, my payment did got failed but i payed 3 times more and it is reflecting in the settings as well, but cannot enable usage-based pricing, it says

have emailed them twice but problem still persists, please help.
