Weird payment bug

I keep getting this error even doe i have made my payments properly.

I did have an issue with my payment on July which cursor fixed for me, but not sure why this is happening now.

I want to use the o1 models

But it say i need to change to usage based pricing.

I have 2 failed payments, which was an issue earlier i had with cursor that got fixed by contacting the cursor team, its still showing as 2 failed subscriptions on my Stripe Invoice history, maybe that is what causing the issue.

I emailed cursor as well twice this month, but did not get any respond

The use case is that i want to switch to Usage Based pricing since im using cursor heavily for my work the 20$ sub is not enough.

Im experiencing the same thing, my payment did got failed but i payed 3 times more and it is reflecting in the settings as well, but cannot enable usage-based pricing, it says
